Alexander was born and raised in the Netherlands, where his mother, and the original founder of Caspaiou, had an extensive career in the fashion industry. Even though design runs in his veins, he studied law and practised in Rotterdam, where he met his wife and business partner, Charlotte. He uses his astute insights, learnings and agility in his role at Caspaiou. From growing the team to 20+ professionals to completing projects worldwide and doubling the size of the showroom, Alexander ensures Caspaiou offers an unparalleled level of service and offerings from some of the world’s best brands.

Charlotte has been instrumental in the design & interior firm’s exciting growth trajectory. She inherited her keen eye for design at a very young age from her mother, who took her on visits to beautiful interior design showrooms throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Her ability to combine European aesthetics and local nuances comes from her passion for travel, nature, and drawing inspiration from the people she meets. From managing business operations to leading a passionate team, a day in Charlotte’s life, is truly a journey of design discovery.

Osca graduated in Business and proceeded to work at KLM and Nestle, before taking over her mother’s interior design company in 2003. In 2008, she moved to Dubai as a freelancer, and set up Sofa Studio to focus on affordable interiors for expats. With the aim of helping homeowners furnish their forever home, she worked at the ODD Piece before joining the Caspaiou team, of which she has been an instrumental part.

Walid’s role is a crucial one at Caspaiou. It’s dedicated to monitoring different project aspects like technical design development, budgeting, procurement management, overseeing the ensured code compliance, and approving construction documentation.

Zahid has been at Caspaiou since 2018. His career began as an Accounts Trainee, and steadily progressed through various pivotal roles, including Accounts Assistant, Accountant, Accounts Manager, Financial Controller, and ultimately, Finance Manager. Zahid has earned his ACCA membership from the prestigious Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

With a career in Architecture and Interior design that spans over 9 years of residential and commercial projects in UAE & India, Lalitha has been recognized for her strong design and technical knowledge. Her work was part of the winning team for Best Self-Built Pavilions – Peru and Malaysia – by EXPO 2020. As interior designer at Caspaiou, she has handled multiple projects starting from our very own expanded showroom to luxury residential projects.

A Junior Architect at Caspaiou, Merin has previously worked in the construction and hospital sectors. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Maryam spent a decade working with international design leaders on luxury residential and hospitality projects from London to Beijing. Her career took her to Jordan, the UK and Oman before relocating to Dubai. Maryam holds a BSc. in Architectural Engineering and an MFA in Interior Design. She is an accredited Interior Designer by the British Institute of Interior Design, and her work was shortlisted for the Society of British Interior Design International Design Excellence Awards in 2020.

Meet Zabrina, our Sales and Design Consultant. With over a decade of experience in the UK and Dubai, Zabrina brings creativity, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to our showroom. Zabrina spent last 3 years building a stunning portfolio of projects around Dubai. With a background in working as a freelance interior designer, a designer, and sales consultant, Zabrina is ready to help you bringing your design dreams to life.

Maria is our Showroom Sales Consultant. When visiting our showroom, she will gladly assist you.

Prior to Caspaiou, Jenica worked in finance at the Bank Of Makati, Inc. and Dubai Precast LLC. In her impressive 9 year work experience, Jenica has held positions of Bank Loans Assistant Authorizer, Document Controller in Procurement/Finance, Admin Officer. After being our Operations Coordinator, Jenica uses her exceptional organizational skills as Executive Assistant.

Michelle is our Administrative Design Assistant. She plays a crucial role in supporting our design team throughout the lifecycle of our projects, ensuring seamless operations from conception to completion.

Lori started her career at an agency/publisher in Amsterdam as a graphic designer, before moving on to becoming an online manager. Discovering her love for creative environments and online marketing at Premium department store de Bijenkorf (Selfridges) and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lori relocated to Jordan and later to the UAE. At Caspaiou, she combines all of her passions – creativity, interiors, and marketing – in her role as Marketing Executive.

Introducing Joey, our Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory Management Coordinator at Caspaiou. Joey studied Logistics Management in Rotterdam. After travelling though Asia, he joined our team in Dubai in December 2023. In his multifaceted role, Joey oversees all logistical movements, procurement processes, and inventory management, ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to Caspaiou and onward to our valued clients.

Thibaud is Caspaiou’s Installation & After Sales Coordinator, combining a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with hands-on experience in the production and construction industry. Known for his problem-solving mindset and adaptability, he is dedicated to ensuring seamless installations and exceptional after-sales service.

Reynan is our Site Resident Engineer to assist with our residential projects.

As our Accounts Assistant, Syed applies accounting principles to prepare financial information, support accurate reports, and ensure proper control procedures.

Caspaiou is expanding with Dajana managing our contacts in Saudi Arabia.

Khaled oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities. This includes receiving and storing goods, assisting with the management of inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff and securing the warehouse. Having spent 15 years at Caspaiou, Khaled is diligent, solution-oriented, and has a keen eye for perfection.

Originally from Pakistan, Shahzaib is one of Caspaiou’s Warehouse and Delivery Technicians. He receives goods in the warehouse, organises and maintains the storage facility, and delivers orders to clients. With prior experience in a marble lifting company, he is proud to have spent the last 2 years at Caspaiou.

At Caspaiou, Rashid is in charge of receiving goods in the warehouse, organising and maintaining the storage facility, and delivering orders to clients. Originally from Pakistan, Rashid has been with Caspaiou for 8 years now, and is known for prioritising customer satisfaction above all else.

Maroof receives goods in the warehouse, organises and maintains the storage facility, and delivers orders to clients. Originally from India, he came to Dubai in 2015 and started out as a technician with a fit-out and interior company. Having worked almost a year at Caspaiou, he is appreciated for his hard work, responsibility, and dedication to customer service.

Meet Haseeb, a valued member of Caspaiou’s Warehouse and Delivery team. Responsible for receiving goods, organizing warehouse operations, and delivering orders to clients, Haseeb ensures the smooth functioning of our storage facility.

As our Installation Specialist, Jeffrey is responsible for the execution of installing our exclusive furniture and lighting products. With his unwavering commitment and keen eye for detail, he ensures that this is achieved seamlessly.
