• Pictures are for reference only.
• Colours, dimensions, fabrics, and materials in the pictures may be different
from the actual stock items.
• All prices are incl. VAT.
• Delivery:
o Within Dubai: Free delivery.
Sale items:
– Free delivery for orders above 5,000 AED.
– For orders below 5,000 AED, a delivery charge of 300 AED will apply.
o Outside Dubai: Delivery charges will be calculated based on the order’s
volume and destination. Customers will be informed of the cost before
dispatch. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable
customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees.
• Installation:
o Free standard installation. Sale items excluded.
o Installation fees depend on the type and complexity of the installation.
• If scaffolding is required, 1,500 AED will be charged.
• Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Self-collection or third-party shipping is at own risk.
We do not assume responsibility for any loss or damage once the items
have been handed over.
• Discounts cannot be combined. The highest applicable discount will be applied.
